Why We Do What We Do

There was a point where the goal was volume. Bigger numbers. Bigger production. Bigger months. And then priorities shifted. The goal became impact.


Helping families build stability. Helping first-time buyers move from renting to owning. Helping entrepreneurs structure loans the right way. Because what we do affects real lives, not just spreadsheets.


This isn’t about being the biggest producer. It’s about showing up consistently, communicating clearly, and helping people make decisions they feel confident about years later.

While you may work closely with Ed, there’s structure behind the scenes focused on communication, organization, and follow-through at every step. We believe the process should feel clear, not chaotic. And that comes from having the right people in place, paying attention to the details that matter.

Amy Neely

Amy is a Mortgage Loan Processor who thrives on organization, cleared conditions, and a smooth underwriting process. Based in Delaware, she works behind the scenes to keep loans moving and everyone informed.

 

When she’s not wrangling loan files, she’s wrangling three little humans and squeezing in time for a good book—because balance, right?

Holly Dreher

Mortgage Loan Coordinator by day, professional chaos coordinator the rest of the time. Holly is a proud mom and dog mom, animal lover, and always juggling a new DIY or creative project.

Jennah Hanson

Jennah is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant who helps keep the loan process organized and efficient for clients and the team. She is passionate about supporting homebuyers through each step and making sure every detail is handled with care.

 

When she’s not behind the computer, you can find Jennah relaxing on the beach with a good book in hand, going for a run, or spending quality time embracing mom life with her little family.

Kim Sauer

Kim is a mortgage loan coordinator here at Stratton Mortgage, and has been in the finance industry since 2011 and the mortgage industry working for Ed since 2021.

 

She has been married to her husband for 16 years, and they have 2 teenage kids. All of her free time is spent watching their kids play soccer, football, basketball, and baseball - all while getting your loan applications approved! Kim looks forward to making your loan process seamless and stress free.
